The iMac max volume got lower down after upgrade to macOS Ventura compare macOS Monterey

Did anyone of you face the same challenge?

Is there anywhere to increase it back like macOS Monterey's time?

I missed the surround sound system and super clear voice

iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)

Troubleshooting Mac Volume:

What to Try:

  • Raise the Volume: If sound is not working, then raise the volume.

  • Remove External Devices: Verify what your output item is. Also, disable Bluetooth, if enabled.

Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. updates), system configurations (i.e. for Sound) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM.

  • Boot into Safe Mode:

When you boot into Safe Mode, items load by default, with certain settings and caches set aside. So, hold down the shift key upon boot. See what happens then.

  • Create a New Administrator:

See if creating and logging in as a new administrator does the trick. There may be something misconfigured in your current user - something that is getting in the way. Go to: System Preferences > Users & Groups > Unlock > Click: "+" > Create the new administrator

Thank you for the suggestion D.I. Johnson.

I already check the "Sound" settings of my iMac in System Settings > Sound.

All to max and still the same. Didn't get back the 3D volume & loud like last macOS Monterey

At first, I thought only that particular video and today is the 3rd day that I upgraded to macOS Ventura and I watched a couple more videos, even the same meditation audio that I used every day.

Then I realized is not about the video.
