Play it safe: Ask you bank what this is all about.
A. Disconnect from a VPN:
Banks find VPN connection suspicious, thereby disallowing access to their server. So, doable it, and rid of it.
B. Don't Use Safari:
Use Firefox or Google Chrome: Some banks don't allow operably for Safari.
