First of all, check that your iPhone is currently running the latest iOS version (now 16.3.1), or at least iOS 16.3 since that issue was corrected in that version.
Should be this case, take a look at these two articles and follow the steps provided:--> Change the wallpaper on your iPhone and/or:--> Personalize your iPhone Lock Screen.
