No button for marking incoming Mail messages as not junk
Hi forum.
Since some time back, I have no option of marking email messages in my inbox as not junk. If Mail decides a message is junk, it turns beige, but if I don't agree, there is no longer a button for marking it as not junk. Just the Move to junk button.
If the message is erratically marked as junk, my only option to get it back from "land of beige" is to move it to the Junk folder (in any of the ways available, for instance by clicking the Move to junk button), and then move it back again (again, in any of the ways available, for instance by clicking the Move to inbox button – which, logically, is not really the same thing as marking it as not junk; however, when the message pops back into the inbox, it's no longer beige …).
Does anybody know why the Mark as not junk button has disappeared for me? Please note it's not even available in the Customise button set (although it's present in the Junk folder view).
I know I can leave product feedback, but since Apple never ever answers anything, I am more interested in using this forum to check if anybody here has experienced the same thing and can provide an explanation or even solution. As we all know, this is the only way for us users to get clues to problem solving without having to wait for a possible but unlikely silent remedy in the next app version.
