LOST everything. Tabs and pinned tabs groups

I’ve been adding tabs to a pinned tab group in safari on an iPad Pro. I’ve just added a new page to the pre-existing group and it’s overwritten/ deleted all of the pinned tabs that were in there.

Only the latest pinned page is there. It is the only item in the group now.

I’ve lost all the search that took me days to find.

Does anyone have any idea of how I might retrieve my lost links, or how this happens? I’ve lost so much work.
