I can't install new apps on my iPhone after using a VPN

Hi guys,

I am using iphone xr. iOS version 16.3.1

I installed an vpn profile on my iPhone, from then i cannot install any apps from app store, I uninstalled that vpn profile and restarted my phone, but it doesnt work, apps are stucked in waiting. What should I do ??

i have tried most of the technique, none of them worked.
