I am trying to link my Tmobile account to AppleTv. For some reason I am not receiving the code on my phone when AppleTv wants to verify me. I have both Apple and Tmobile working the issue with no progress.
Anyone else have this issue?

When you’re done everything correctly, and it still doesn’t work, then I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback). They would know how to proceed and go about claiming your offer.
Yes. But in order link, Apple sends a verification code to my phone to make sure it is me, and I never get the code. I can't complete the linking process because of this.
That is how it should work but does not.
