Apple watch SE 2022

Can you use macbook 67w charger or 20w fast charger on this?

I guess Yes but apple support agent Brain tells it is not recommended and we should only use 12w.

Then my question is "Why did Apple provide a type C cable with this?"because type C is only compatible with 20w and 67w adapters from Apple.

Or should I buy a separate 12w adapter + usb A cable for this?

Also can I use Apple 5w charger for Apple watch SE 2022 version ?

According to:

When to charge your iPhone or iPad - Apple Community

You can charge an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch (or Apple Watch) with any quality USB-A or USB-C power source and matching cable. Essentially any Apple power source and cable that fit into the connectors at either end are compatible and safe to use. There will be performance differences, with USB-C faster than USB-A to charge, but they will all work
