Please contact the store/seller where you purchased the iPhone.

JV phone means a phone that has been unlocked by a specific network provider using third-party software without the authorization of the phone manufacturer or service provider. JV unlocking is often done by third-party vendors who purchase bulk quantities of locked phones from a carrier or manufacturer and then unlock them to sell them at a profit.

No. We don’t. We are NOT Apple employees. This is a user forum. You are not talking to Apple. We are Apple customers just like you.


Apple can not legally remove the carrier lock from your phone. ONLY the carrier the phone is locked to has the right to do that.
