No. Apple can not unlock it. If it is carrier locked, only the carrier it is locked to can do that.

If it is activation locked, only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the activation lock.

Apple can not legally remove the carrier lock from your phone. ONLY the carrier the phone is locked to has the right to do that.

NO ONE other that the carrier it is locked to can remove the carrier lock.

NO ONE other than the owner of the account used for activation lock can remove the activation lock.

You need to contact the store/seller where you purchased the iPhone.

They have iPhone 14 now :) but you came to the wrong place to ask most to the users here they don't work for them.
