In MS Word you have a function called Flowing Columns. When I enter a table in Column One and it reaches the end of the page on the left side it continues the table in the right column.
Is there anything like it in Pages?

Pages is not a Word clone, so don't expect a Word work-alike application.
Pages flows text to fill the first column and then it automatically flows into the next column. If you one or more paragraphs of text that you want in columnar format, you can selext that text and then from the Text panel click the Layout tab and increment to the number of columns (e.g. 2). In the following example, I selected three paragraphs in the middle of Steve's text and made it columnar.
If the column treatment overflowed to the next page (not in this example), it would flow to the left most column first.

A Pages table can be inserted in existing columnar body text and as more rows are added, it will flow down the first column and onto the next, pushing body text ahead of it. After four table columns, the value of using a table in this manner will diminish as the column widths shrink to unusable width (in portrait layout).
Tested: macOS 13.2.1 and Pages v12.2.1.
That's what I tried to do by pasting an existing table into the column after having used a workaround - I initially had 4 column table on one page, column 1 being Item, column 2 being In Stock, c. 3 Item, c4 being In Stock. But if I added to column 1 and 2 I had to manually cut and paste in c3 and 4.
Instead I wanted to paste c1 and 2 to document column Left, with the expectation that the table would then flow into document column 2. Unfortunately that is not happening.
Not sure if there is a solution after all.

Thank you. Yes, I know it works with text but I am in need of making a tale flow to the next column of the two column page.
