why does my phone shut down several times even if it has battery?

Your battery may be degraded, and if much strain is placed on the battery it will shut down to avoid damage to the iPhone.


What does battery health sat about your battery in Settings âžś Battery âžś Battery Health?


If it is at less than 80%, it requires replacement, as it's beyond its functional lifespan.


If it's not below 80%, then it still requires being checked out. See the following support document to setup an appointment at an Apple Store or authorized service provider. click here âžś iPhone Battery Repair & Replacement - Apple Support
