I’m just wondering is it possible to make my mouse visible on my slides while screen recording on keynote?

So I’m looking to use my pointer in my recording while recording a slideshow on keynote.
You have included a screenshot of Keynote in Record Slideshow view.
This is a different situation from your original question which was "to make my mouse visible on my slides while screen recording on keynote"
Record Slideshow sets the timing for automatic playback of a presentation of animations and slide advance.
It does not record the pointer
This is made within Keynote using Play > Record Slideshow
2 - Screen Recording a Keynote presentation creates a video file of anything shown on the Mac display during playback of Keynote. This would include the pointer moving over the presentation following mouse movements, advancing through the slides with animations.
This is made using QuickTime Player application built in to the Mac OS.

I assume what you want to do is show the pointer when Keynote is in play:
Go to the menu: Keynote > Preferences > Slideshow and select the option to Show pointer when using the mouse or trackpad
