The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I can’t download nothing it says call App Store

My iCloud is not allowing me to down load anything

I’ve never heard of a message stating that you should call the App Store. However, if you see a message that your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you need to contact Apple for help as stated in here.
