What do you mean by 10MB? 10 Megabytes as in file size? Or do you mean 10 Mega Pixels (MP) as in resolution?

File size is not directly related to image quality or resolution.

Depending on iPhone model will be what you can do.

An iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro or 14 Pro, can take images in ProRAW format of up to 48MP (MegaPixels) resolution. File size will be in most cases much larger than 10MB depending on subject.

iPhone 11 Pro can take images in 12MP and produce a file size of less than 3MB if set to High Efficiency format.

What exactly are you trying to get at?
