How to run chkdsk on iPhone 11 Pro
Is anyone having troubles with their iPhone freezing on boot up? I can only do a hard boot to get past the freeze , and I have to run it 3 to 5 times before it will fully boot up.

You don’t. To begin with, an iPhone doesn’t have a “disk” to check. Secondly, that’s a DOS / Windows command / utility.
If you’re having problems, start by backing up the phone, then restoring ios, then your backup.
If it still fails, restore ios, but NOT your backup. If it works after that, then there is probably corruption that worked its way into your backup. Set it up from scratch.
