error icloud did not install properly. I have spent 1/2 a day trying everything i could find on the internet without any luck. a long time ago there was a option to download direct from apple vs. windows store, but that does not appear to an option anymore. Help!

Not an unexpected response, however, iCloud is an apple product and apple decided to use the Microsoft store to provide users with iCloud. So, it appears that others are having the same issue of iCloud not installing properly does not apple want to at least check to see if the Microsoft store is handling your software correctly?
