No caller ID

All incoming calls showed on my XR mobile as NO CALLER ID I tried a lot of things and problem not solved

1-changed the region

2-reset all settings

3-reset network

4-deactivate and reactivate the contacts icon in iCloud

done everything and still have the problem (software 16.3.1)

iPhone XR, iOS 16

Caller ID is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier.

No caller ID or unknown callers.

If it is No Caller ID - Please contact your Carrier immediately
If it is Unknown Callers - Please check your Contact list for the phone number and the phone number format that you have stored.
