My Apple Watch won’t let me buy an app

so I was trying to get an app for my watch and it said I had to sign in to my Apple ID from the watch app on my phone so I did it and tried downloading it again and it said the same thing again and i don’t know what to do I just want one app for my watch

If you're having trouble downloading the app directly from the App Store on your Apple Watch, try installing it using your paired iPhone: Download apps on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

"On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
Tap the My Watch tab.
Scroll to the app that you want to add. Apps that you can install appear in the Available Apps section.
To add an app to your watch, tap Install."
