Hello all,
For some reason, in the last 2 days, I could not install new/existing apps on my apple watch.
I tried to unpair the watch, sign out and sign in with my Apple ID but nothing helped.
The main problem is that I'm going to the apple watch app on my iPhone, going to the "App store" section, and there is an option to sign in with the apple ID that I can't click on it.

I know this problem is with your Watch but...
Are you signed into two different Apple ID accounts on the iPhone, one for the phone and another for the App Store?
Was the iphone signed-out-of and signed into with new Appe ID in the past without resetting ot to factory settings? - like did someone else in the family pass the phone to you without resetting to factory?
Can you install apps on the iPhone without typing in your Apple ID? If not are your payment cards still valid?
Does your phone region match your bank account country?
