iPhone XS Max charging problem
My iPhone XS Max goes off when I plug it to a charger but automatically switches on when the charger is unplugged

When you say that the iPhone XS Max goes off, what exactly do you mean? Do you see it power off completely or does the screen backlight just go off? When you day it switches back on, do you see the Apple logo at first, indicating the iPhone is powering on from being off?
