If they were actually deleted, you should be able to re-download them from the App Store or your purchased list.

If they have an "Open" button instead of the cloud icon for download, it means they are still on your device. Look for them in other home screens, in folders or in the App Library. Click here ➜ Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support
