iPhone 11 volume keeps going up by itself.

this has been happening for 1/2 months or so, and usually it lasts 4/5 days before coming back after a while. My iPhone is updated to the last update (iOS 16.3.1), the Attention Aware Feature is already turned off, i cleaned all debris from buttons and the charging port, Change with Buttons is turned off in Sounds & Haptics. I don't know what to do and i really wouldn't want to format my device since i would lose lots of data, not having enough space on my icloud for a full backup. Does anyone have a fix for this? (I'll link a screen recording of the problem itself) https://imgur.com/a/6JkyI5T

Hi 999carro,

We'll be glad to look into this with you further. There wouldn't be a reason for your volume to change like that automatically. With it being sporadic, there may be an external device controlling your volume (such as a Bluetooth speaker, headphones, etc).

Aside from that, there could be something physical causing the volume button to be depressed.

If the latter is true, and you've ruled out a case or some other external source, you will need to reach out to Apple to look into repair options: Get Support.

Cheers.
