FaceTime on iPad

Ime on iPad 7th gen and I cannot FaceTime my partner after iOS 15 was installed it says contact card not available

can anyone give me some trouble shooting please ?

Given the stated error, you should check your Contact App - and the contact card for the person that you are calling. Ensure that their details are correct - paying close attention to their email address and phone number if they have one.
