Problem with VPN.

I use vpn l2tp and after 5-10 minutes of inactivity vpn disconnects. I use this VPN on different devices and there are no such problems. This problem are for Mac only. Someone solved this problem?

The first line of support is absolutely not competent in such matters and cannot help.

Contact your company's VPN IT Admin to check your configuration.

I'm pretty sure it's a MacOS issue. But I don't know how to solve it.

I have 2 Windows laptops and 1 Ubuntu 22. All devices work 24/7 and without interruptions. The laptop is connected to the charger.

Is there a way to stop my MacBook from going to sleep mode?

Today I once again tried to set up VPN now on my router. The situation has not changed.

VPN starts but after 5 minutes the mac disconnects.
