I registered with Apple Developers for organizations a week ago, and until now I get this message
(Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is),
what is the reason for this delay and how long does it usually take to verify the account?

Nobody (here) knows the answer for this particular case.
Apple evaluates these enrollments on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes Apple just gets busy, too.
If your business entity setup is a common one, is established, and with no overt legal concerns, I’d give it a couple of weeks, and then ask.
