Can I increase the time before apps jiggle on Home Screen?

Question

Quite often I accidentally touch the home screen only for a second or so and the icons jiggle as if to be moved or deleted.

I can't find any setting, even in Accessibility, to increase the time to say 5 seconds to avoid this. Is there a way?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the time or prevent apps on the Home Screen from starting in jiggle mode.
