I phone IS activated message reoccurring

Why do i keep receiving “iPhone is activated” message after syncing new phone succesfully to i cloud. The message keep popping up, how do i get rid?

Activation Required: Dismiss This morning after charging my phone overnight as usual this message is on my screen and will not go away. I cannot hard reboot the phone as pop up message won't allow it. I have tried connecting to my computer but that won't work as I need to trust it on my phone but I cannot get past the pop up message. I have used this iPhone 13 for quite awhile without issues. I have update the phone to the latest iOS 15.6.1. Any other suggestions that I can do myself?

Try a Forced Restart, it resolves many issues:
