I am trying to follow the instructions on setting up cellular plan. The help says:
I dont have Cellular option to follow through he instructions.

As a quick check, the Digital Crown of the cellular model will have a red ring. If it is all one colour without the red ring you have the GPS-only model.

I'd like to point out, most Apple Watch models from Series 3 onwards are offered in two versions: GPS-only and GPS+Cellular. To confirm, can you verify if your Apple Watch is the cellular version?
