I have a 2015 MacBook Pro, which is not compatible with my DJ controller, NuMark NS7. But it's compatible with my 2010 MacBook. Is there a way to still be able to use the controller through the network?

Contact the company that makes the DJ Controller. If they make a version for Windows you could run Windows on your Mac.
Any company relying on Mac software that is 10 years old needs to update themselves.
Look on the App Store also for updates for DJ software that may work with your controller.
