Apple TV Airplay "loading screen" frozen in the background of my HD LG TV

See screenshot below for an accurate description.

The Airplay "loading screen" is frozen on my TV. No way to get rid of it. I tried to :

  • Disconnect Apple TV, restart it, reset it to factory setting.
  • Disconnect the TV from all appliances, and even turn it on in a different room not connected to anything.
  • Reseting the settings of the TV to factory settings.

The text just keeps appearing, and is especially visible on white screens (as shown on the screenshots).

VERY annoying when doing anything on my TV. HELP PLEASE

Apple TV HD, tvOS 16

Check that the Conference Room Display setting is set to Off, in Settings﹥AirPlay and HomeKit﹥ on Apple TV.

While I expect that to show differently (once, not repeated, overlaid on the screen saver), it does match the text and layout of it.

Did you mean that it also shows when the Apple TV box is not connected? Then the display may have issues.
