Security and Privacy - Automation in Settings

I am attempting to give an app automation permission in settings but there is no plus sign for the app. I have given full disk access, but still nothing. Any ideas? Can I do this somehow through terminal? Thank you.

Since updating to Ventura, I can't grant full disk access to applications I go to Privacy & Security: Full Disk Access: + I choose the applications that I want to grant access to, click open but it doesn't get added.

Ask for Permission When Login I have some apps that always asked for granting permission of Full Disk Access or the Accessibility in the Privacy & Security settings after logged in my account or restarted my Mac, is this Mac issues or the app issues? How do I solve the issue for stopping asking again?
