accessories not supported

accessories not supported message pops up on my iphone 13 even though my phone is not connected using the usb cable . This has happened when I’m in my car which my phone is connected to using Bluetooth

It may be worth removing your connection entirely, and then repairing.


  • Forget the bluetooth pair on your iPhone.
  • Forget the Bluetooth pair on your Head Unit.
  • Repair the devices.
  • Check if your Head Unit has any software updates available.


The only other suggestion I have is wireless interference from another device.
