If your request has been denied by the official Apple Support, there is nothing you can do about it, sorry.

It shows it has been refunded but I didn’t get it
What about if I link credit or debit card to my wallet and I paid using Apple ID
will the refund be into my wallet/cash card or to the card i linked ?
