I was the victim of what i have been told is a high level cyber attack my devices have are showing all the signs that the imei number was compromised as well as the sim card cloned
This attack, combined with break ins stealing person I.D.s and Company documents have been reported via two phones to who i believed to be the police. I have recently discovered that no reports have been made in my name. One replacement device and sim i believed i had ordered via virgin media turned out to not have been sent from the network provider (Virgin Mobile). It even seems that the calls to apple support through the app may well not have been genuine. I have been advised that the calls may have been ‘hopped’. There are various scheduled calls that were also made to apple support on various topics that i have not made or recieved however they seem to have gone ahead. These devices were part of my 2 factor authentication and i have been locked out of various accounts. I am looking for advice on securing these devices. Is there any way of reversing cloning, blocking the other phones etc?
