Hope everyone is doing fine. I am having issues in accessing the content of SMS I transfer from Android to my new iPhone via Move to iOS app. I am able to see the SMS date/time and no. of sms in that but not the content. I was able to see all the sms till 2-3 days but later it looks like the attached images. I contacted care and do reset multiple times even after update but didn't worked for me. Can anyone help me in that? Thanks

If you need help after the transfer
Did you ensure that you left both devices alone until the transfer finished? For example, on your Android device, the Move to iOS app should stay onscreen the whole time. If you use another app or get a phone call on your Android before the transfer finishes, your content won't transfer.
Hi, Thanks for the reply. But I tried every possible way to troubleshoot the issue but it is not working. I dont have the older phone now. I checked every single thing before giving that to someone and transfer was 100% accurate otherwise I would have done it again. But this loading issue happened after a few days. :(
