charter email with apple mail

Anyone know a trick to get my charter account to load back on my apple mail? Whenever I leave my home wi-fi or network my charter mail will not work with apple mail. I can receive,but not send. I deleted the account and tried to reload it, but now I can't even get it to reload.

Can't set up comcast email in outlook on my ipad I may never get this question answered because every company is going to refer me to the other. Apple Ipad Comcast email Microsoft Outlook When I try to add my comcast email account to iPad Outlook I get the message... Unable to log in. Invalid IMAP username and/or password. Pleaser check your IMAP username and password and try again. I am confident that I am using the correct username and password. This problem is unique to my iPad although...I am able to access the comcast account from the Apple Mail program on the iPad, however not from Outlook. I am able to add the account to Outlook on my iPhone and Desktop Windows computer. Are there any suggestions on what to do to fix this other than go to Microsoft or Xfinity?
