Photos 0 bytes

Hello, I have a problem with my photos.
I moved the photos from iphone with cabel to PC(windows10)
Everything was fine in the beginning, I can see a photos.
But now all photos (and live) is 0 bytes.
I don't have these photos on my phone anymore.
Is there anything that can be done to back my photos?

Not all of the photos on my phone are showing up when I am trying to upload to my computer? Not all of the photos on my phone are showing up when I am trying to upload to my computer. Does anyone know why this could be happening - whole chunks of photos are missing when I plug my phone in.

Restoring Photos iOS 16 I just recently downloaded and updated my photo to the iOS 16 version. After I did this, all my photos disappeared and it showed up with ‘restoring from icloud’ at the bottom. It had hours but nothing never changed and no photos uploaded, only the photos that stayed on my phone were there (like 1000 photos). I have enough room on my phone and enough room on my icloud. I have restarted my phone to try change the progress or make it start again but nothing has helped or changed it at all. What do I do? I want the photos back on my phone not just in my icloud. Thanks.
