I fell for a scammer, I logged into his account and he changed the password immediately, I want to restore the phone. HELP

hello, I have a problem. the thing is that I wanted to sell my phone, the fraudster blocked my phone during the transaction. now I can’t unblock my phone. The phone was bought a month ago new and sealed. During the transaction, he changed the password and asked for money so that I could go there and unlock the phone. Please help me unlock my phone and reset my phone.

Do you have the original proof of purchase from Apple or an authorized retailer?

If so, you will have to provide the original document to Apple to have the activation lock removed.


If not, then it’s a paper-weight.

You are not talking directly with Apple employees here. As such, there is nothing we can do to assist you with getting your phone unlocked.

If you do not have possession of this phone, then you need to contact your local law enforcement and report it to them as stolen.
