Instructions I found on the internet say that to remove an item from Apple Wallet, you click on it and then select the "3 dots" icon to bring up options. The options are supposed to include the ability to delete the item. But when I click an item, there is no 3-dots icon.
How can I remove the old item??

Thank you. It turns out that the "three dots" show up ONLY if you launch Wallet from the Home Screen, not from the Control Center and not by double-pressing the start button.

You're welcome. It is correct. It is not possible to edit the Wallet from the Control Center or Double Tap, the Wallet app must be opened from the Home Screen, perhaps I should have just mentioned that as well.
To be able to remove expired Tickets and Boarding Passes, you must unhide them from Expired Passes first, then they should be able to be deleted with the "3 dot button".
