How do I play songs from Music app playlist? It seems to play some songs but not a complete playlist.

See Use HomePod with Mac - Apple Support. Unchecked tracks, tracks that cannot be located, or tracks marked as Skip when shuffling if shuffle play is selected, would be skipped over. See Prevent a song from playing in Music on Mac - Apple Support for background.
