I can unlock all of my notes except five of them. I am using a custom password and I can't open them even with FaceID, changing the password doesn't work. Is the app glitched?
DO be aware that there is no “failed attempt” limit or lockout on your encrypted notes.
So … you can keep trying different possibilities.
Also, after a few failed-attempts, a pop-up dialog will appear providing a password hint (if a hint was set when applying the password)
you cannot change the password for documents already locked with a password. Changes only effect new notes.
I have older notes than them that can be unlocked, these five are from different months and I haven't used a different password for them that I don't remember.
