I deleted by accident my flight ticket that was on my phone wallet. How can I restore it?

Are you referring to a boarding pass for your Airline? If you have deleted the Airline boarding pass from the Wallet app, then you can add it back in the same way that you had initially added it.
You can add it again by logging into the Airline's app or website and then choosing the boarding pass option.
