What does "Not Your Wallet" mean on iPhone?
Recently bought a used Apple leather wallet at a Charity Shop but after connecting it to my iPhone it says “not your wallet”. is there anything that can be done to reset it?

That Apple leather wallet will not be useful, as the previous owner did not remove it from their account.
And you likely don’t know who that owner is.
If an item or device is connected to another Apple Account - Apple Support
Recycle it.
