I recently bought a MagSafe wallet and it was working perfectly fine. Then a friend tried it on his phone and it removed it off my Apple ID entirely and let him set it up. He removed it from his Apple ID but now it says Not Your Wallet no matter what phone I attach it to.
Have your friend try removing this MagSafe Wallet, from their Apple ID, again using the following support article to make sure they didn't miss anything doing so.
