Hello cathy146,

First, are these iCloud accounts, or are they third-party like Google or Yahoo? If you go to iCloud.com do they appear there?

Complete the following steps, testing after each one to see if the issue resolves:

If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. On your computer, sign in to your email provider’s website. Make sure all of your emails are there or make sure your emails have been saved somewhere other than your device.
2. On your device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
3. Tap the email account you want to remove.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Add your account again.
If these steps don't work, contact your email service provider for more information.
    • For iCloud, tap Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn iCloud Mail off. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on. Those steps and other helpful tips are found here: If iCloud Mail isn't working
  • If you're still having an issue, uninstall the Mail app and reinstall it: Remove apps from iPhone

Let us know how it goes.

Take care.
