13 mini scroll lags on apps.

When I scroll the app looks shaky or lags I guess should be a better term. I have already restarted. It just started doing ir this week. I have had the phone about a month.

iPhone 17 Pro Max scrolling/UI lag on iOS 26.3 Hi everyone, I’m experiencing consistent scrolling stutter and UI micro-lag on iOS 26.3 on my iPhone 17 Pro Max (device is new, only a few weeks old). The issue occurs in almost all third-party and system apps — for example: Instagram Settings Contacts Other social media apps When swiping between Home Screen pages When switching quickly between apps The scrolling doesn’t fully freeze, but there are small, noticeable “jumps” or frame drops during slow or medium scrolling. It feels like the refresh rate briefly drops or the animation timing becomes inconsistent. These micro-stutters are especially visible when reading text slowly and scrolling carefully. However, in Safari the scrolling appears smooth and stable. I don’t notice the same stutter there, which makes the situation confusing. What I’ve already checked: Limit Frame Rate is turned OFF Low Power Mode is OFF The phone has no screen damage, no display artifacts Restarted the device The issue persists even after closing background apps Screen recording does not properly capture the issue (likely because it records at a fixed frame rate) It almost feels like ProMotion is aggressively adjusting refresh rate in most apps, but Safari behaves differently. I’m not sure whether this is a software optimization issue in iOS 26.2 or something that could indicate a hardware/display problem. Is anyone else experiencing similar scrolling inconsistencies on iOS 26.2? Is this expected behavior due to adaptive refresh rate, or should I consider running hardware diagnostics or contacting Apple support?

iphone 16 being jittery when scrolling through home pages when I am scrolling through the home pages with all the apps on it, my phone will sometimes stutter almost like it’s jumping pages. I’ll start from the App Library and it will seem to jump to the next page. Is this a software bug and has anyone had a problem with this
