Why did you take away AM/PM

Hello Apple people,

it’s very frustrating that we don’t have an AM/PM option for our clock. I feel like this is a functional reasonable thing to want. I don’t care how it looks. Currently running 16.3.1. No AM/PM option for the clock / Home Screen is unacceptable. Do better.
