Connection to the Photoapp happens and it can report that it found many photos on the Iphone. Then a new message. "something went wrong, try again", and if I do it repeats again and again. What can be wrong?

Yes I did that using "Total Commander", but it takes to much time since the photos are in month folders in the DCIM folder . I think there should be a way to have the program "Photos" function as it should.
Cant upload pics from Iphone 8 to my win10 PC.
