I get the following unwanted pop up’s
What happens when you click the "Details" on the error popup message (See the Pic below)
Best would be to Delete and Add the email account that is creating the issue.
You may also try changing SSL settings
Settings > Password & Accounts > [Select the Mail account} > [Tape on Account with the email ID} > Advanced > SSL Settings > [Disable]
Click <Account (in Blue)
Click on DONE (in Blue) when exiting in the previous screen
Here is what I get when I click on details. I do not believe it is an email issue because it occurs when either wake up the iPhone or enter into the settings area. When I click on the 53-news.com details I get the Pltraffic.com popup. When I press on the details for Pltraffic.com I get a long list of code. I attached the snapshots of the Pltraffic.com details

Why are you attempting to install a management certificate?
I am not. This pops up at random whenever I go to settings or wake up the phone. I want to remove this program that seems to be trying to run in the background
You need to tap on more details on that certificate and delete it.
