Hi all
I’ve setup screentime on my sons iphone and iPad but it keeps turning off. He uses 1 Apple ID for both devices. We used family sharing.
It seems to reset overnight or when he goes to school. The school uses a govt vpn for byod’s that are used in class.
I’ve set it up so many times that it’s driving me insane!
Anyone know why this is happening?

It is not clear whether you are setting Screen Time Passcode for your device or your daughter's Screen Time Passcode through your device.

The password is not the problem.
The downtime scheduled hours are what is not staying on. They just turn off!
